Homemade Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 2 each Bananas mashed
- 28 gram Chocolate Whey Protein
- 7 Tablespoon Skim milk
- 2 Tablespoon Almond Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 3 each Egg Whites
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into a 8x8 baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
