Homemade Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 each Bananas mashed
  • 28 gram Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 7 Tablespoon Skim milk
  • 2 Tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 3 each Egg Whites
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour mixture into a 8x8 baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
