Perfect Protein Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Scallion
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 2 tb Dry white wine
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 ts Fresh fennel or dill
  • 1/2 c Cider vinegar
  • 1 Celery stalk
  • 3/4 c Soybeans; raw
  • 1 ds Basil
  • 1/2 c Freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3/4 c Raw rye or wheat berries
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 ts Dry mustard
  • While beans & berries are
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Lime or lemon; juice of
  • 2 Cloves crushed garlic

Instructions
