Perfect Protein Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Scallion
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tb Dry white wine
- 1 Red onion
- 1 ts Fresh fennel or dill
- 1/2 c Cider vinegar
- 1 Celery stalk
- 3/4 c Soybeans; raw
- 1 ds Basil
- 1/2 c Freshly chopped parsley
- 1 Cucumber
- 3/4 c Raw rye or wheat berries
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 ts Dry mustard
- While beans & berries are
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Lime or lemon; juice of
- 2 Cloves crushed garlic
Instructions
