Skinny Protein Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped seeded cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped onions or 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped olive (optional)
Instructions
- Mix everything together.
- Chill 1 hour if you’re not starving NOW.
- Eat.
