Protein Power Bars
Ingredients
- 1 cup Protein drink mix or powdered Milo
- 1 cup Powdered milk
- 1/2 cup Oats
- 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions
- 1. Mix the protein drink mix, powdered milk, oats and sesame seeds together. Add the honey, peanut butter and water. Mix well - the mixture will be dry and crumbly.
- 2. Press into a 8“x8” square dish.
- 3. Chill and then cut into 8 equal rectangles and wrap. Keep in the fridge or freezer.
