Protein Power Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Protein drink mix or powdered Milo
  • 1 cup Powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix the protein drink mix, powdered milk, oats and sesame seeds together. Add the honey, peanut butter and water. Mix well - the mixture will be dry and crumbly.
  2. 2. Press into a 8“x8” square dish.
  3. 3. Chill and then cut into 8 equal rectangles and wrap. Keep in the fridge or freezer.
