High protein microwave oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup thick cup oats
- 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 2/3-3/4 cup Coconut milk
- a bit of frozen fruit during last 60 seconds
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 scoop super greens powder
- 1 big scoop almond butter
- 1 sprinkle Cinnamon
Instructions
- heat oats, chia, coconut milk, fruit (if you like).
- Mix in protein powder, super greens, almond butter (or peanut), sprinkle of cinnamon.
- keeps you full all am!
