High protein microwave oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup thick cup oats
  • 1-2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2/3-3/4 cup Coconut milk
  • a bit of frozen fruit during last 60 seconds
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 scoop super greens powder
  • 1 big scoop almond butter
  • 1 sprinkle Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. heat oats, chia, coconut milk, fruit (if you like).
  2. Mix in protein powder, super greens, almond butter (or peanut), sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. keeps you full all am!
