Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- 1 cup Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Almonds, sliced
- 1/3 cup Cranberries, dried
- 1/2 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Almond milk
- 1/4 cup Apple sauce
- 1/4 cup Chocolate, dark 60%
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- - Combine dry ingredients and mix together
- - Separately, combine wet ingredients and mix together
- - Microwave wet ingredients for 30secs
- - Stir wet ingredients and combine with dry mixture
- - Place in a container with wax paper and refrigerate for 20 mins
