  • 1 Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Milk cold
  • 1 dash Peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Blend one cup of oats with one banana, a half cup of cold milk and a dash of peanutbutter. If the smoothie isn’t sweet enough, add 1/2 tablespoon of honey.
  2. Peanutbutter and banana helps in addidng a good amount of fiber and minerals.
