best diabetic protein oat and banana protein shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 Bananas
- 1/2 cup Milk cold
- 1 dash Peanut butter
Instructions
- Blend one cup of oats with one banana, a half cup of cold milk and a dash of peanutbutter. If the smoothie isn’t sweet enough, add 1/2 tablespoon of honey.
- Peanutbutter and banana helps in addidng a good amount of fiber and minerals.
