Raw sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 small Zucchini cut for blending
  • 2-3 Tablespoons hemp seeds or sesame seeds
  • 1 large handful Basil fresh
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Pine nuts
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 avocado optional
  • romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 carrot shredded
  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • 1 tomato or cherry tomato sliced

Instructions

  1. 1. Make spread: put into blender zucchini, sesame seeds, basil, lemon juice, pine nuts, garlic and avocado and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Put spread on sandwiches or crackers (fully raw preferable) and add romaine lettuce, carrot, cucumber and tomato.
  3. 3. Make a lot.
  4. 4. Enjoy
