Any Flavor Crystal Light Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk (or water)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder (NOT mrp)
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil (or ground flax seed)
  • 2 teaspoons Crystal Light powdered drink mix (any flavor)
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add milk to blender. add protein powder and blend on medium for 15 seconds.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in tall glass and serve!
