Protein Bar-Almond Berry Crunch

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces almond butter, crunchy or peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Agave Nectar or honey
  • 90 grams Protein powder (choc or vanilla) approx. 2 scoops
  • 1 cup dried mixed berries (cherries, blueberries, cranberries, etc.)
  • 8 cups rolled oats Old Fashioned

Instructions

  1. Mix almond butter and agave in microwaveable bowl and heat for 60-90 seconds.
  2. Mix well & then add protein shake mix powder; mix well.
  3. Fold in oats and dried berries; mix gently.
  4. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan & Refrigerate for one hour.
  5. Cut into 32 bars.
  6. (May be frozen)
