Homemade Protein Powder Recipe: How to make Homemade Protein Powder at Home - Times Food

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoon raisins
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 3 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom
  • 2 Pinch saffron
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 3 tablespoon melon seeds
  • 3 tablespoon dried figs
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Instructions

  1. To make this simple protein powder, take a pan and add ghee to the pan. Once the ghee turns warm, add in the almonds, peanuts, and pistachios. Toss and transfer to a plate.
  2. Next, deseed the dates and chop the anjeer. Take a blender and add in the roasted almonds, peanuts, pistachios, dates, anjeer, seeds. Grind them nicely.
  3. Grind it twice and then add fennel seeds, ¼ cardamom powder, 1 pinch saffron and blend it thrice. And keep it on a tray and allow it to dry. Once the protein powder is dry, store it in a glass container. Mix it with a warm glass of milk and relish.
