Ingredients

  • 3 cup Cabbage Shredded (1 large head)
  • 1-2 Carrot Chopped
  • 1 Mango peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green onion chopped
  • 1 Red pepper chopped
  • 3-4 cup Shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts chopped
  • 1/3 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Lime Juiced

Instructions

  1. Mix all first / salad ingredients
  2. Mix dressing
