High protein Thai chicken salad
Ingredients
- 3 cup Cabbage Shredded (1 large head)
- 1-2 Carrot Chopped
- 1 Mango peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Green onion chopped
- 1 Red pepper chopped
- 3-4 cup Shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup Peanuts chopped
- 1/3 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp Water
- 1/2 Lime Juiced

- Mix dressing
